Convincing your employees to come foreword with new ideas should be easy. The most innovative companies have culture a that supports and actively fosters ideas from within it’s own realms. Stagnant companies prevent employees from sticking their heads above the parapet but fostering innovation is diffcult to manage in a large organisation.
A company, (Idea Exchange) allows companies to make the process of sourcing ideas a whole lot easier..
In its simplest terms it is an online suggestion box where users can publish their ideas as well as browse those posted by others. In addition users can show support for other users ideas by buying shares in them. The incentive of money hopefully ensures people are careful with the ideas they back. Companies win from not only encouraging idea generation and sharing within a company but also are able to get a collective view on which ideas are winners by following those stocks that are being traded and those with the highest value.
Neat.
